So you found the English side of my blog. There isn’t much here, and here’s why.

I tried

When I set up this blog, I wanted it to be bilingual. I built the boring parts: separate routes, localized templates, even copyright notices that switch languages. Technically, it works.

Then I tried translating the posts themselves and… yeah. My English isn’t good enough for that. My writing has too much slang, internet culture stuff, and weird humor that doesn’t really survive translation. Like, how do you even translate “妖梦袜子泡水的味道” into English? You don’t.

What’s here

Just this post, plus a translated about page and links page. The real content is still on the Chinese side.

Maybe later

If my English gets better, or if some AI eventually learns how to translate without making everything sound like a corporate press release, I’ll add more. For now, I’d rather write in Chinese, where I can actually sound like myself, than produce English text that reads like it was written by a customer service chatbot.

If you’re curious, the Chinese site has ~30 posts. Throw it into DeepL and you’ll get the idea. The jokes probably won’t land though.
